• Safety and security management services. WYS can produce and/or advise yacht management companies and organisations on all aspects of the implementation of safety and security management systems in accordance with the ISM and ISPS Codes respectively; this includes DPA and CSO services.

• General management consultancy. WYS is highly experienced and competent at advising yacht management organisations on strategies for maximising profitability through streamlining operations without sacrificing quality of service. Using in-house expertise and the latest techniques in operations and service management WYS provides solutions to organisations wishing to enhance their revenue earning potential.

• Safety and security systems. WYS can produce ship-specific safety management and security systems. We also carry out safety and security audits on unmanaged vessels operating their own SMS's looking for independent third party verification.

• Mini-ISM. Provision of LY2 compliant safety management systems.

• Manuals and documentation. WYS can produce: Emergency Towing Booklets (required by all yachts over 500GT by 1 January 2012), SOPEP Manuals, Search and Rescue Plans, Cargo Securing Manuals, Ballast Water Management Plans and Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plans.

• Port State Control. WYS can carry out Port State Control preparation inspections highlighting any areas of concern in order to assist in preventing expensive and disruptive detentions.

• Statistical services. Statistical analysis of sales information using regression and survival modelling techniques to enable brokerage houses to leverage their data to best understand the factors affecting pricing and time on the market.
